Quality and services

This was my 3rd abaya, and I really liked it. The quality is superb, and your service is very good.

The quality of the scarf is really low. Fabric quality, stitching, everything. Threads are coming out of it.

Medium is fit - Needs a size up!

I have emailed you twice but it reverted with error. Gave the same review to the person called for review that I needed a size up i.e large. Please guide me how to make the exchange.
